UNIFIED GAS CHARGING STATIONS õçúó.í
(UGZS.M) and PLANTS
õë÷ä (UKVD)
are designed for charging the aircraft airborne systems with oxygen, nitrogen or air.
Stations õçúó.í (UGZS.M) and plants õë÷ä
(UKVD) consist of single-stage booster diaphragm
compressor MK120-120/350, gas bottles (18 pcs) of 40 litres capacity each, and a control desk.
In the compressor operation the unit diaphragms isolate the gas being compressed from the working fluid thus maintaining high quality of the gas, which is the main advantage of diaphragm compressors as compared with those of the piston type.
The control desk is intended to control the operation and monitor the operating parameters of the compressor and the station.
The õçúó.í (UGZS.M) stations are mounted on chassis of the úéì (ZIL) truck with carburetor or diesel engine.
The õë÷ä (UKVD) plants are driven from outside when used in stationary conditions or driven from the engine of transportation vehicle when used on transportation facilities.
The stations and plants can be used at an ambient air temperature ranging from -40œ to
+50œC.

The cart can be transported by any means of transport.
The service cart bottles shall be charged from an external source of
compressed gas.
Service cart TC comprises:
-trailer;
-charging unit with arranged on it equipment (gas
bottles, control board, four high-pressure hoses 10 m long);
-spare
parts, tools, accessories and adapters for charging aircraft airborne
systems.
