ROTOR COMPRESSORS of the ־ (VF) series are designed for piping air and gases non-aggressive to cast iron, structural steel and mineral oil.
Application:
- in systems for pneumatic conveyance of loose materials, in pneumatic dispatch sys-tems;
- in aeration systems of sedimentation basins at sewage works, drinking water reser-voirs, fish farming ponds;
- in spraying seedings and orchards; 
- in fire extinguishing;
- for dust removal in printing shops, foundries, filtering units;
- for driving various devices and mechanisms (grips, clamps).
The compressors can be delivered with vertical and horizontal direction of the air flow. The compressors include a compressor unit, check valve, electric motor, silencers and a noise-silencing casing. The compressors can operate in pressure and vacuum modes.
The gear compressors of the ÷æ (VF) series are manufactured to replace compressors 1A, 2áæ (2AF).
GEAR COMPRESSORS of the 3áæ (3AF) series are designed for the supply of the air freed of liquid drops and mechanical impurities into the pneumatic system for conveying grain, its ground material and other loose substances.
Application;
- at bread-baking plants;
- at mills, grain elevators;
- at combined-fodder factories.
The compressors can be operated in the premises with a dangerous dust content at an ambient air temperature ranging from -10 to +35œC.
The compressor consists of a compressor unit, safety valve and an electric motor mounted on the common foundation being at the same time a noise silencer.
óÅÒÉÑ 1ç ROTARY GAS BLOWERS of the 1ç (1G) series are designed for piping air and gases non-aggressive to oil, cast iron and structural steel.
The gas blower is driven from an electric motor via a flexible coupling.
The gas blower can be delivered completed with an electric motor in explosion-proof or general-industrial execution.
The gas blower can be operated in the pressure or vacuum mode at an ambient air tem-perature ranging from -10 to +35œC.
óÅÒÉÑ å21 ROTARY GAS BLOWERS of the E21 series are designed for pumping air through the gas purifiers at nuclear power plants, piping of explosion-proof, toxic gases free of liquid drops and mechanical impurities.
The gas blower is a rotary compressor machine made of stainless steel and driven from an electric motor via a flexible coupling.
The gas blower can be operated at a suction gas temperature ranging from -10 to +50œC.

GEAR COMPRESSOR 3áæ51ë55ô( 3AF51K55T) is used on eight- and fifteen-ton flour trucks for their unloading. The compressor is to replace a rotor-vane compressor owing to the following advantages:
- high reliability and long service life due to absence of friction surfaces in the working chamber ensured by the design;
- no need to use a filter and water-oil separator due to absence of lubricant in the compressor flow passage;
- it takes 20 minutes to unload an eight-ton flour truck, while a fifteen-ton flour truck is unloaded during 40 minutes.
