 HIGH-PRESSURE COMPRESSORS
COMPRESSOR PLANTS KP-2 (KR-2) and AKP-2 (AKR-2) are designed for discharging air into the bottles and maintenance in them of a pressure of 80 to 150 kgf/cm2 in the manual (KP-2 (KR-2)) and automatic (AKP-2 (AKR-2); AKP-21 (AKR-21); AKP-22 (AKR-22); AKP-23 (AKR-23)) operation modes.
Application:
- for starting diesel-generator sets;
- for providing industrial installations with compressed air;
- as a component of oil drilling rigs.
The compressor plant consists of a three-stage compressor driven from an electric motor via a V-belt transmission. Lubrication is performed by the circulating oil forced fed from the gear pump. Cooling is performed by liquid in the closed cycle.
The automatic control and protection system ensures:
- starting of the compressor plant on pressure drop down to 80 kgf/cm2 in the system;
- stopping of the compressor plant at a pressure of 150 kgf/cm2 in the system;
- emergency stopping of the compressor plant under the following conditions:
- inadmissible elevation of temperature;
- increase of the air pressure up to 170 kgf/cm2 in the system;
- drop of the air pressure down to 60 kgf/cm2 in the system;
- inadmissible drop of oil pressure.
HIGH-PRESSURE COMPRESSORS of the ÷ô1.5-0.3/150 (VT1.5-0.3/150) series are designed for discharging air into the bottles and maintenance in them of a pressure of 80 to 150 kgf/cm2.
Application:
- for starting diesel-generator sets;
- for providing industrial installations with compressed air;
- as a component of oil drilling rigs.
The compressor is driven from the electric motor via a flexible coupling. The compressor is a piston-type three-stage machine. Lubrication is performed by the circulating oil forced fed from the gear pump. Cooling is performed by liquid in the closed cycle.
The automatic control and protection system ensures:
- starting of the compressor plant on pressure drop down to 80 kgf/cm2 in the system;
- stopping of the compressor plant at a pressure of 150 kgf/cm2 in the system;
- emergency stopping of the compressor plant under the following conditions:
- inadmissible elevation of the temperature;
- increase of the air pressure up to 170 kgf/cm2 in the system;
- drop of the air pressure down to 60 kgf/cm2 in the system;
- inadmissible drop of oil pressure.
HIGH-PRESSURE COMPRESSOR PLANTS of the üëðá-2/150 (EKPA-2/150) series are designed for discharging air into the bottles and maintenance in them of a pressure within 150 kgf/cm2 or 200 kgf/cm2.
Application:
- for starting diesel-generator sets;
- for charging the bottles of breathing apparatuses.
The compressor plant consists of a compressor and electric motor. The compressor is a three-stage machine. Lubrication is performed by the circulating oil forced fed from the gear pump. Cooling is performed by outboard water fed by the vortex pump. The plant operation is controlled automatically. The plants are manufactured in the marine tropicalized version. 
The automatic control and protection system ensures:
- automatic starting of the compressor plant at a pressure below 80 kgf/cm2;
- automatic stopping of the compressor plant at a pressure of 150 or 200 kgf/cm2;
- emergency stopping of the compressor plant on the oil pressure drop down to 0.5 kgf/cm2 in the lubrication system;
- emergency stopping of the compressor plant on the elevation of temperature up to 60
œC after the stage I cooler;
- automatic control board signalling of an emergency situation.
COMPRESSOR PLANT KP-25 (KR-25) is designed for discharging the air freed of moisture, oil and hydrocarbon of up to 200 kgf/cm2 pressure into the bottles of breathing apparatuses. 
The plant consists of a three-stage compressor driven from an electric motor via a V-belt transmission, air purification filter and a dispenser with two filling hoses.
Lubrication is performed by forced-fed circulating oil. Cooling is performed in the closed cycle by liquid circulating under pressure through the cooler. The air purification filter is equipped with BAUER cartridge P41. The plant operation is controlled manually.

COMPRESSOR PLANT üë2-150 (EK2-150) is designed for compressing air and discharging it into the bottles.
Application: 
- for starting ship diesel engines of up to 500 horsepowers;
- for providing of installations with high-pressure compressed air (150 kgf/cm2 or 200 kgf/cm2).
The plant consists of a three-stage compressor driven from an electric motor via a flexible coupling. Cooling is performed by running sea or fresh water; lubrication is by splash; control is executed manually.
The plant is completed with electric motor of marine or general-industrial version. 
Compressor K2-150 used in the plant can be delivered without the drive.

AIR DEHUMIDIFIER UNIT õâï÷-0.3/150 (UBOV-0.3/150) is designed for drying and purification of the air compressed up to a pressure of 150-200 kgf/cm2 from moisture and mechanical impurities. It is recommended to operate with compressors üë2-150 (EK2-150), üëðá2-150 (EKPA2-150), ëò-2 (KR-2), áëò-2 (AKR-2), ÷ô1.5-0.3/150 (VT1.5-0.3/150).
